Customs Clearance

Customs clearance is our speciality in both airfreight and seafreight.

So what is customs clearance?

Customs clearance is the process of reporting to Customs exactly what is being imported into the country. Each item has to be categorised into specific classifications in order for the duty and Import GST to be calculated correctly. This is key to ensure that you are not overpaying or underpaying import duty.

Once the shipment has been reported to Customs, all duties and GST has been paid and all customs and quarantine conditions have been met, the shipment is then considered to be customs cleared and your air or seafreight can now be delivered using our Australia wide delivery network.
